The Texas Instruments THS4520RGTT is a high performance, low noise amplifier with a wide-band gain block featuring a low 2.0nV/√Hz noise figure, making it ideal for signal processing applications. It has a wide-band gain of 20dB, low input impedance of 5Ω, and high linearity performance across the frequency range from dc to 10GHz. The micro SMD package design helps to lower design space and board cost. It has high output drive capability capable of sourcing up to 500mA and a wide-band output power of 20dBm. The integrated ESD protection helps to reduce design complexity and minimize system-level cost. The THS4520RGTT is also designed with a power efficient low quiescent current of 17mAc.
